My name is Christopher, and I am the founder of Neuro-Somatic Wellness.

My journey to creating this practice did not begin in a classroom, but in the back of an ambulance.

As a first responder, I was on the front lines of human suffering. I witnessed the deep cracks in our modern systems, seeing countless people trapped in a cycle of trauma, addiction, and disconnection, managed by a system that was brilliant at keeping bodies alive but often unable to heal the souls within them. I saw the "glitch in the matrix"; the profound disconnect between our inner truth and the "robotic sub-program" we are all taught to run.

Then, my own life became the crucible. A near-fatal medical crisis led to a "physical ego death," a complete shattering of the identity I had built. I was plunged into the messy, chaotic, and beautiful work of rebuilding myself from the ground up. I journeyed through the worlds of clinical psychology and ancient shamanism, and in the space between them, I found the truth: true healing is not about fighting the mind or transcending the body. It is about the sacred integration of both.

Neuro-Somatic Wellness was born from that fire. It is the "New Bridge" I was called to build for others.

Our work is a synthesis of modern neuroscience ("Neuro") and the body's innate wisdom ("Somatic"). We use practical, grounded tools to help you understand the patterns of your mind; the "Zombie Sub-Program" of your inner critic, the panicked reactions of your "Bodyguard" ego. We pair that with deep, somatic practices that allow you to release stored trauma and reconnect with the quiet, powerful wisdom of your "King," your sovereign soul.

This is not a path of bypassing the messy, beautiful reality of being human. It is a path of learning to walk it with grace, power, and a deep, unshakable sense of being at home in your own skin.
